Chalky Chicks is the best All-In-One Chalk Style Paint in the industry and we stand behind our products.
We stand behind our products 100% and pride ourselves on our customer service. We will help you however we can.
If you don't know what color to purchase ask us and we help you to insure you get the right color for your project. If you purchase our paint you have 30 days to return the UNOPENED container for a refund (MINUS SHIPPING). Or we can trade you colors if it is unopened.
We cannot accept opened paint because it cannot be resold. If your paint is damaged we will replace it. Again, we want you to be happy. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact us. WE guarantee you will love the paint and be looking at everything in your house that now needs to be painted.
To return any product purchased from chalkychicks.com, you’ll be required to contact support@chalkychicks.com to obtain Return / Exchange instructions.

Full refund on items that have not been opened, which are in clean and sale-able condition. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed within 3-7 days after the returned item is received by Chalky Chicks
Orders can be cancelled only before shipping. If your order has been shipped you will need to follow the above process.
Need to exchange something? Exchanges work like returns. Send your item back unopened with a copy of your order. Customers are responsible for all exchange/return shipping costs.
